Shipping and Refund

Damaged item:
The item can be returned so a replacement can be ordered (subject to availability).

Refund:
A refund is possible if no suitable solution can be offered.

Exchange Policy:

Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days in their original packaging.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last purchased product.

After withdrawal, the Buyer must return the products within 14 days in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the Buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller will refund the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days.

Item not delivered:
We will contact the shipping provider to determine the reason for non-delivery and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Gift voucher:
An exchange or refund can also be made in the form of a gift voucher if both parties agree.
